Got in nearly 18k steps just working and then did a boxing class at night. Behavioural change in exercise is seeming to be more sustainable each week! #MARK320

It's been over a month since I started my behaviour change for #mark320. However, I haven't been great at updating my progress. My behaviour change is to do more outdoor cardio. Since starting my change I have decided to try and do a walk each day, no matter how short. 🚶🏽♀️☀️
