Curious question for #pharmacists in Ontario: med review w/ pt, long profile of meds in the system. Spent 30 minutes, issues came up that require collaboration, ends up they now only take 2. Fax their MD, print them a small list. Do you input for a #medscheck given only 2 now?

I think about this every day, as I waste precious minutes/hours literally quadruple-documenting information on mandatory @ONThealth #MedsCheck forms for every single patient I see in a day. Wasted time. Time better spent caring for people.
