After a bitter slog with RFC 6295, I now have MIDI events sent from Ableton Live over Apple MIDI Network, to a Mega Drive ROM, running on BlastEm, emulating MegaWiFi. Phew. 😅 #megadrive #midi #abletonlive #blastem #megawifi https://t.co/ecbRuxCGtZ

And now UDP! Unfortunately #megawifi UDP support is only available in #blastem nightly builds & only available for Windows (and I coudn't build the macOS code locally). Anyway, it works fine in Wine. Next step - try and establish an Apple Network MIDI session! 😅 #megadrive #midi

#BlastEm's #MegaWifi support looks like a way for my Mega Drive MIDI Interface to be ran and debugged entirely on a PC. But talk about using a hammer to crack a nut... Yet, is the eventual possibility of sending MIDI to the Mega Drive over WiFi insane enough to warrant a try?

#MegaWiFi #Compatibility It works with evety router I tested so far, but for some of them you have to enable AMSDU/AMPDU (in MegaWiFi configuration options).

Finished APIs for sessions, users and friends. And with this I have completed the GameJolt API implementation for #MegaWiFi (excepting the batch, that I think I will not support, at least by now).

@iTzDeathAdder @raysan5 @MigueDrive Since it was already done, I guess it's feasible! 😛 We do not work on such a thing at the moment, but I invite you to check what guys at @Pocket_Lucho do with #Megawifi and #1985WorldCup. The may be paving a way for such an initiative. WM also worked on #Megawire but... no news.
