Tenants BEWARE:
Do not rent from @MetCapLivingMgt #MetCap
Most greedy corporate landlord ever. This is what their mendacious management do to tenants if you protest:

@MetCapLivingMgt @KahlonRav @SeanFraserMP 200+ renters paying inflated rents to the largest private billionaire slumlord in 🇨🇦.
Built by Westbank Realty 10 years ago, the building is totally dysfunctional & nothing is up to code.
#MetCap has a terrible reputation but @KahlonRav & @SeanFraserMP do nothing for renters.
4th day in a row with no elevator at #MetCap @MetCapLivingMgt bldg in Vancouver.
2.5 months with only 1 elevator & frequent days with zero elevators in a vastly overpriced rental. Many tenants disabled or elderly.
How is this allowed @KahlonRav @SeanFraserMP ?

@MetCapLivingMgt On 12th floor now.
Need to take another break.
Sounds like the elevator techs just got here.
Took them 2 hours to fix it last night. Then broke again this morning/afternoon.
NEVER rent from #MetCap @MetCapLivingMgt
They are lying cheating scum
slumlords.

Walking up 18 flights to the 25th floor because the elevator still not working at #METCAP @MetCapLivingMgt Vancouver bldg. Taking a break on the 8th floor now. Just diagnosed with high blood pressure. Will I make it without getting a heart attack? Place your bets. F🤬ck MetCap.
Both elevators down again for a #MetCap @metcapliving Vancouver BC rental bldg of 200+ with hundreds of deliveries daily. 2nd elevator down for 65 days. This is the 3rd time this month no elevators are working with NO notice. Elevators down 2x with notice. I’m on the 25th floor.
1 elevator working in #MetCap building for more than 3 weeks for 200+. ARANET4 reading 1500-3000 in public common areas & elevator routinely. Charging me higher than market value for rent. Waiting 50+ minutes to get on an elevator without unmasked coughing Door Dash & renters.
Since #MetCap bought our badly built rental building in June, elevators have only worked about 15 days-either one or both elevators are down for a bldg with more than 200 tenants & countless deliveries. New slumlord is refusing to make any repairs. AQ horrible in public areas.
@eskisarkiIar Evet çok doğru özellikle bu günlerde Meteoroloji çalışanları Eurocontrol den alması gereken parayı alamıyorlar. :))
