Last week, we did Random Acts of Community Kindness (#mgmtRACK). Together we cleaned up beaches & our neighbourhoods, donated to various causes & charities (including @SJA_NS_PEI, @AlzheimerNS, @feednovascotia, @CrohnsColitisCA), gave out thank you cards/notes of gratitude, ๐งต๐

๐ฟAnd our last stop before heading home was to the @oxfordtaproom to buy some "Popcorn with a Purpose". All proceeds go to a different local charity each month. This month, they're supporting @MentalHealthNS. ๐

๐ฏ๐ถAfter that, we headed to @anaandzac's awesome sidewalk sale. Their adorable dog Honey Bear is pictured lounging at the entrance by the sign explaining that all proceeds go to @MentalHealthNS.

๐๐งตHere's what today's Random Acts of Community Kindness looked like. First, we made our way to the @thenookhfx to buy meal tokens which help feed those in need. A $5 token gets someone a meal, & a $2 token gets a person a coffee and bagel.
