Se ha hablado mucho del nuevo fondo sobre pérdidas y daños, sin duda un logro central de la COP27. Sin embargo, se ha hablado poco de otro acuerdo muy importante, el Programa de Trabajo en Mitigación o #MitigationWorkProgramme (MWP). Aquí explico algo de lo que pasó.
