Dodgers were able to get to Greene in Game 1, they should have no issues lighting up Littell as well. Dodgers at home are unstoppable this season. Yankees ML Yankees won’t get swept at home. This series is meant to go to 3 games. Boston went all out to steal game 1 on the road, it’s going to be hard for them to take game 2 as well. They won’t have Chapman. Yankees have the starting pitching advantage as well with Rodon (18-9, 3.09 ERA) against Bello (11-9, 3.35 ERA). Padres/Cubs O 5.5 Ride or die for the Padres. I think this is another series where we hopefully get a game 3. Cubs limited the Padres to 4 hits in Game 1, that won’t happen again for how good this offense has been this season. Expecting more scoring in this game, especially with Cease (4.55 ERA) starting. Cubs are using likely using bullpen arms in this one, which tends to lead to higher scores as well. Should be another fun game to watch! Reds/Dodgers O 8.5 Both teams used their aces in Game 1, and there was still a total of 15 runs scored. Both teams had to use 4 relievers to get through this game. Less arms available for Game 2, and the Reds have Littell starting who has been struggling in the 2H of the season. Dodgers ML 🔵 Tough matchup for the Reds, especially being on the road. Dodgers were a ridiculous 52-29 at home this season, whereas the Reds were 38-43 on the road. Dodgers also have Glasnow in this one. Reds get stomped in Game 1. Redsox ML 🔴 Taking a risk with this one. Crochet has been too good this season, putting up an insane 18-5 record and a 2.59 ERA. Fried started the season on fire but has been stumbling a bit the 2H of the season. Boston’s also had the Yankees number this season, winning the season series 9-4. Boston takes Game 1 in NY. Redsox/Yankees U 8.5 Runs ⬇️ Although the Yankees stadium is a hitter friendly park, these starting pitchers have a combined record of 37-10. It’s rare that either of these guys get lit up. Expecting both offenses to have a slow start in this one. Padres/Cubs O 5.5 Runs ⬆️ Both of these teams have high powered offenses with pitchers on the mound that I wouldn’t classify as top tier. Either of these teams can put up a crooked number in a hurry.
