- Cecili: Snowflake model. Hubs. Action leaders are vols. Disperses time. Need replicable model.
- Mary Alice: tech tools/platforms that are widely available and easy to use.

Campaigners are control freaks (raise your hand if not) but it's important to recognise and, well, control that nature so you can let go and trust people.
