Ver. 3 plan up. The mechanism weighs ~7lbs now + the instructions and blueprint are a lot more clear.
+ I posted a listing for the prefabbed mechanism for those that want to build a #swaxe but don't have time to use the plan.

I did some tweaks, will be posting the v3 #swaxe plan by Wednesday. Anyone that got v2 will get a message so I can email them v3. V3 weighs just over 7lbs naked. It's <56" long. #switchaxe #MonsterHunter #monsterhunterprops #monsterhuntercosplay
At long last! The #switchaxe blueprint is now available! Link in comments. Use promo code SWAXE for 50% off. #swaxe #monsterhunter #monsterhuntercosplay #monsterhunterprops #モンハン #モンハンコスプレ
BIG changes from the previous design mechanism. I replaced the big arms and elastic bands with a track that.
.
Can't wait to share the build plan so everyone can #swaxe it up. #monsterhunterprops #monsterhunter #monsterhuntercosplay #switchaxe #モンハンコスプレ
It's all coming together. *Click clack*

Swaxe 2.0 is coming together. Hopefully I'll be able to test the mechanism this weekend.
.
PS if you think the one part looks like a cock and balls, you're a homoswaxual. Or at least biswaxual.

I'm satisfied with the sculpt. I think I'll add some scaley details but this is pretty much it. #MHWilds #monsterhunter #monsterhunterprops #seikret #seikretchick #sidechick #モンハン #モンハンワイルズ #kfseikret #chickret #seikretpattern

If you're having trouble with the shape being too soft or things just looking asymmetrical, try gluing in some skewers and cutting the excess off with some flush snips like I did here. #MHWilds #monsterhunter #monsterhunterprops #seikret #seikretchick #sidechick #モンハン #モンハンワイルズ #kfseikret #chickret #seikretpattern

I know this set is not in Wilds, but it will be. If I find the time at the end of the year I will make this.
