Thurs night I had a hypo - the kind that zaps you of all energy in an instant, so much so that I couldn't move - it's like being paralysed & it's horrible No 2 days are the same with Type 1 Diabetes - today has been good Today I cycled 30km #MovingForACause Ps I now need tea!
