Nightmare w/new & totally useless @STIHLUSA @Stihl #MS391 chainsaw. 2H+ but won't even start. Another 3H trying to remove 3 shroud screws. Biggest waste of time/money ever. FedEx me a NEW WORKING replacement. Overnight. #OwnIt, #Stihl.😡 [#SaturdayMotivation #arborist]
