So it is true with @mtnug #MtnMoKash you can not pay off your loan with your savings. And on top of that, your savings are withheld. My qn stands, Who owns that money, if not me, and can’t pay off the loan, then whats the reason behind holding the funds???? #MTNFraud

annoying how @MTNNG no longer value customers, charged me #1k for a supposed 2gig data I wasn't subscribed for, called the customer service for thousands of times and they wouldn't even bulge; I guess the rumours are true after all #mtnfraud

MTN be getting on my nerves for several days. From Twitter to Facebook & LinkedIn yet 1GB lasts barely 48 hours. Mom's 1GB finished wen her phone data count was below 300 MB; @MTNNG Customer Care won't pick up their calls; I can't purchase night bundles. Answer d phone! #MTNFraud
