Enjoying the view of #AbrahamLake from #MtStelfox, named after Henry Stelfox, an outdoorsman who settled near @TOWNOFROCKY in early 1900s. A long hike of ~22 kms round trip, only moderately difficult for steepness. ~40 kms W of #Nordegg in @ClearwaterCnty, part of #DTCountry.

The view from #MtStelfox, overlooking #AbrahamLake, Coral Ridge & the #DavidThompsonHighway. The Mountain was named after Henry Stelfox, an England born conservationist who settled in the @TOWNOFROCKY Area & loved exploring the land W of Rocky. @ClearwaterCnty #ExploreAlberta
