Today’s #FridayFocus is looking at #NegativeAutomaticThoughts. Sometimes we experience thoughts which can be very unkind and can affect our mental health. It’s so important to challenge those thoughts because often they simply aren’t true. #ThoughtChallenging #CBT #LICBT
