@Joe14203911 @SharonRonen1 @EtihadHelp Etihad has acted the worst airlines in this pandemic situation. They offer no help, rather would suck your money with the huge cancellation charges..#neveragainetihad
Disgusting behaviour @etihad for deducting £118 from our flight refund from Melbourne to Manchester as they blame UAE for the cancellation. They claim they didn’t want to cancel the flight 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️ @EtihadHelp @SimonCalder - is this legal? #robbingus #neveragainEtihad
@Faasnusil @EtihadHelp They are obviously in trouble and doing their best to screw over honest people who made the mistake of booking with them (in good faith) #neveragainetihad
#neveragainetihad FULL REFUNDS should be given on cancellations. Fair rules are bullshit on Operator cancellations.
@EtihadHelp @etihad
@GregHolmes6 If you do not wish to make use of the free date change or travel credit, then you can cancel and refund your tickets. However, the standard fare rules will apply. For more information we advise you to visit our website. *Mona 4/4
@EtihadHelp I have spent a total of 12hrs on hold over 7 calls for your customer service only to get disconnected. Now your flight stands cancelled but you won't even give out a full refund for no fault of mine. #COVID19 #poorcustomerservice #dissappointed
@VarunAn69421078 @etihad Agree. They don't give full refund. Charge huge penalty on cancellation even in the prevalent situation #neveragainetihad
@BouuHH @etihad Don't expect help from Etihad. Worst ever airlines. No cooperation. I had to pay huge penalty for cancellation in this situation. #neveragainetihad
@etihad U are the last airlines accross the world to announce closure of your flights. We lost so much money on cancellation just coz u guys didn't bother about covid situation. #neveragainetihad wat about people who cancelled 19th March flights? Refund their money now
@SharonRonen1 @EtihadHelp Told you, don't expect help from Etihad.
#neveragainetihad
They continue to charge huge cancellation charges and make money out of this pandemic situation
@SharonRonen1 @EtihadHelp Don't expect any help from Etihad on free cancellation. Saying this out of my personal experience. I had to pay cancellation fee for my parents flight for 19th to London. #neveragainetihad
#neveragainetihad help me spread this message. They are not act responsibly in this time of covid. Not offering free cancellation. Y r u waiting for a country to get infected and then u will allow free cancellation? India has cancelled visas. US has declared emergency
@sanket_invideo @vijayshekhar @EtihadAirways they are actually very rude .. i was harrassed at Dallas earlier this year for 1.5 kg extra (that also a laptop) I left it at their boarding gate and departed .. they are simply EXTORTIONIST .. #neveragainEtihad
