Don't shop @Lowes for ANY custom orders!!! They do not guarantee their "hired out" work for installs. We just found out that the order was not installed correctly - a year later #donotguaranteework #worthless #pushyouofftoothercompanies #neveragainLowes

Lowe’s carpet installation and executive customer relations is a nightmare. They put 2 difft carpets in my upstairs. Neither of the carpets is still available & Lowes won’t fix it. @marvinellison @Lowes #carpetnightmare #neveragainlowes
