@tapairportugal I have been directly contacted. And I have replied to that contact. And now I’m waiting AGAIN. It has been almost 14 weeks since my delay. THIS IS AN UNACCEPTABLE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE, so I’m sure you can appreciate my lack of patience! #CustomerService #fail #neverflyTAP
