Frustrated is an under-statement. Back in 2013 I led the development of #NHSGenderID - bringing together #trans #nonbinary #commissioners #clinicians to improve the services and support available. Progress is slow.

Also, if prescribing arrangements are to change, there need to be steps taken to ensure that existing patients can continue to access prescriptions throughout any change in arrangements #NHSGenderID
Given many patients are on waiting lists of 2 years plus, they need clarity about how they will access services, and how key NHS England principles such as patient choice will be safeguarded throughout #NHSGenderID
It is also extremely important NHS England communicates this properly. We have previously seen stories about GIC contractual changes getting mutated into press scare stories about clinics closing. #NHSGenderID
