This important work is helping to shape the future of our organisation.

In the past year our Midwifery Team has promoted standards at 20 UK events, supported personalised care guidance, refreshed our advisory group, and contributed to workforce strategies.
We’re back, and #NMCCouncil is now reviewing the Education Quality Assurance Annual Report.
In 2023–24, our ‘EdQA’ team worked with 99 approved education institutions across the UK, increasing monitoring and face-to-face visits to uphold standards and protect the public.
This includes a look at progress on culture transformation and fitness to practise – both of which #NMCCouncil will discuss in more detail later this morning.
