This morning I discussed @hmtreasury proposals for UK alcohol duty with @DharshiniDavid on @BBCr4today For wine drinkers the proposals are #NotFairer & #NotSimpler For #wine merchants they are unworkable Listen again on @BBCSounds at 6.20am #FairerDrinksTax #FairerWineTax
