#UDRP #nutrigens.com and #vivatinell.com denied. The Complainant holds UK trademark registrations for #VIVATINELL (2018) and #NUTRIGEN (2015) in the health and nutrition space. The Respondent, a Turkish company, had registered both domain names years before the Complainant's UK trademark rights were established, held its own Turkish #trademark registrations for VIVATINELL since 2005, and managed the domains on the Complainant's behalf under a long-standing business relationship formalized by a license agreement in 2021. The Panel finds no bad faith registration, holding that the Respondent acquired the #domainnames with the Complainant's knowledge and involvement during a period of commercial cooperation, and that the present dispute arose from the breakdown of that relationship rather than any bad faith intent at registration. The Panel declines to find Reverse Domain Name Hijacking, noting the Complainant was unrepresented and may not have fully appreciated the UDRP's bad faith registration requirement @ https://t.co/hiC4is9gwm
