I'm canceling my subscription due to lack of communication with the ark survival evolved problem, depending on this game for my work and no explanation for us customers
@NVIDIAGFN Ok NVIDIA, its great to see you fixed another game. BUT WHAT ABOUT ARK!?!?! WE ARE WAITING IN THE DARK FOR NEWS ABOUT THE GAME!!! IT'S STILL OFFLINE!
If people don't get the game back soon, they will loose ALL THEIR PROGRESS! PLEASE FIX IT!
#NVIDIAFixARK
@CarbonRobin @NVIDIAGFN They gave us a fake update just changing the text and think everything will be fine and that's enough. But it's not!
We won't stop till we get the game BACK!!! YOUR ACTS ARE GOING TO RUIN THE EXPERIENCE FROM MANY PLAYERS.
#NVIDIAFixARK
@NVIDIAGFN Please for the love of god give us SOME update on ARK?! It's been days. Ark players can't just go days without playing or they lose their progress. most of us pay for YOUR service JUST to play Ark. wtf is going on?? why are we getting NO updates on it?? #NVIDIAFixARK

@NVIDIAGFN
Wait, you deleted the Feb 11th problem announcement, then posted a new one today? All to make the length of the outage seem minimal? That's shady. Ark has been down 94 hours now.
#NVIDIAFixARK
@NVIDIAGFN @TvDoisEmUm And you guys keep repeating the same for everyone, we see it's an automessage and it's not a real life person.
We want an explanation NVIDIA, we have business to do in this game and most of the people pay for it!
#NVIDIAFixARK
@NVIDIAGFN Okay it's been the 5th day since ark went off, what about you guys fix this freaking problem? Some people will lose their houses and progress that took months to get it. That's just unacceptable.
