When I went home #Offa ni few days ago,
I came across some of the things I had left behind, including some of the tools I used when I was actively working as a GSM technician ๐
Once again, I salute all my fellow GSM technicians in Kwara State, the likes of Engr. Olamilekan Folorunsho No Sorrow, Engr. Gmoment, Engr. Amiable, Engr. Orji (Memory), Engr Sharafadeen and others ,
And to the man who taught me how to tackle hardware phone issues, Engr. Saheed (Babe Ibeji) at Oja-Ale, Thank you once again for sharing your knowledge with me, Sir!
And to Engr. Ranti at Ile Balogun, I will always remember the moments I spent with you learning computer hardware repairs, #ThankYouToo
Before I returned to Lagos ni ana, May 29, 2026, Seeing some of the awards that had been presented to me reminded me of another chapter of my life's journey ๐ฉ
I remembered being honored by the group of #FakhrulUlamai during my time in Offa, Kwara State, even though I have since chosen to re-examine and unlearn many of the ideas and beliefs I once accepted in the name of imported religions and doctrines
So, going to Makkah is no longer on my list of priorities! and the "Alhaji" attached to my name (as seen in one of the photos attached to this post) was definitely not a title I gave myself๐
In fact, considering my travel's history, it might be more appropriate to call me #AlUkranian Yunus Oyetunde Oluwadamilare ๐
And as someone who has also contributed positively to several institutions in Nigeria through #technology, seeing this award again, the same one attached to this post, resented to me in 2021 , reminded me of how far I have come ๐ซ even as someone with zero degree but proven SKILLS
I once again appreciate Comrade Adigun (MRM) Comrade Akere, TopMan, Pascal, Ojazman,Respect and EVERYONE at Fedpoffa for the recognition and support extended to me when I was at home
And I also commend the management of Federal Polytechnic Offa for embracing and promoting a principle I strongly believe in #Skills rather than Just degrees
Just as boldly written on the institutionโs walls, โSkills rather than just Degrees,โ which I also saw when I was entering Offa ๐
I appreciate the honesty and transparency behind that message because it reflects a reality many students often overlook!
Hmm, dropping out of school s a path I would NOT recommend ๐ฃ๏ธ because it often comes with challenges! that require extraordinary determination to overcome, Wแปn รฒ fi รณ แนฃe yแบนyแบน ๐ koda, and at worst, they may not even alao you to even showcase anything even if you are talented ๐
Having dropped out of school three times, I understand the weight of that decision and the responsibilities that come with it!
Nevertheless, I am prepared and always ready for WHATEVER it will cost me to succeed as a Cybersecurity Specialist and Ethical Hacker ๐ฉ
