A quick update. Luci, fell and broke her right fibula & tibia and had emergency surgery last week. They also replaced the port she uses for monthly infusions. She is home and resting well.

Movement Of The Week: Depth Drop to Jump
This variation of a depth drop helps improve power production. In this exercise, the athlete is trying to jump as high as possible while minimizing the time spent on the ground!
