@vivek_kolli A3: Self-Reflection is an underrated ability of leaders. This is what separates good leaders from great leaders. A great leader self-reflects and always thinks about how they could get better & help those they lead get better & to a level they couldn’t go on their own.

@vivek_kolli #OLAChats lessons learned are critical. After they are evaluated and documented, which is often an exercise overlooked in itself, identify specific actions you can take now to apply learnings. It’s can be as simple as handing off your learnings to the next team for review.

@seegera017 #OLAchats A2: to evaluate success you need to first start with clear, specific objectives, identify success criteria and baseline. Then re-evaluate both the quantitative and qualitative metrics. Also, Some basic measures include on time? On budget? With quality?

#OLAchats Include as many stakeholders as possible. Parents, students, teachers, & community members all have a vested interest in the outcome of education. Sometimes an outsider's perspective is the clearest.
@seegera017 A2: I believe success criteria should be pre-determined. When creating the action plan, the team should also decide what success will look like. I do not believe it is a good idea to decide if you were successful after the fact. Emotions could impact your decision. #OLAchats
