@tanyawoz4 @PaulaPNZ @slayerofmoskali @PelleFella I was so busy reacting to the completion of #OperationCatButt I didn’t even notice I’d won something myself!!!
Now I am doubly, triply (?) excited.
And yet, still a bit sad to bid farewell to the iconic cat butt!
Thank you, Tanya!

Mom was fierce!
And she had a hell of a sense of humor - she would LOVE #OperationCatButt, as well as all the NAFO #Sextunnels clips and images!
And she loved cats too. (Not sure about cat butts, though!)
And, being Hungarian, Mr. and Mrs. Salami would tickle her funny bone.

After a few weeks, Mom strapped my then 2-year old sister to her back and made her way through no-man’s land to safety in Austria.
Dramatic pause for a reminder:

Kostiantynivka is the southern hinge of Ukraine’s fortress belt - the defensive chain extending toward Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. What happens in this dangerous sector affects the entire line to the north.
This mission is equipping the expanding UAV division commanded by Serhii “Gimli” Kashyrin, @GimliDivision, with the communications, navigation and independent power needed to operate there.
✅ Five Starlinks purchased and received
✅ Six Kropyva tablets purchased and received
✅ Funds for five generators transferred to Gimli yesterday
🔜 Final leg: five EcoFlow power stations
The momentum is real & the finish line is finally coming into view! 👀💃 Please rally around these defenders to help us complete the equipment they have been waiting 56 days to receive.

@tanyawoz4 @GimliDivision For #Caturday, and #OperationCatButt, here’s a slight change to encourage people to donate BIG…
Elephant Butts!!
@tanyawoz4 Hoping today is a better day - for you, and for the collection.
I’ll be sending you a DM about something for the #OperationCatButt effort…
😏
The @GimliDivision kittens are adorable. The situation facing Gimli Division is not.
We’re watching the Kostiantynivka frontline closely, and the equipment is urgently needed.

🌭 Mr. Salami 2.0 community raffle #OperationCatButt
Two raffles. One urgent mission. Let’s help these defenders. 🇺🇦
🚨 Ring the alarm! This is day 51. It’s so urgent!! Why does Kostiantynivka matter?
It is the southern anchor of Ukraine’s “fortress belt” - the defensive line protecting Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. If the enemy breaks through here, the pressure moves north and deeper into Donetsk Oblast.
This is where Commander Serhii “Gimli” Kashyrin @GimliDivision and his men are defending Ukraine. We are helping equip their expanding UAV unit with Starlinks, EcoFlows, generators and Kropyva tablets.
This collection is already producing results: five Starlinks and six Kropyva tablets have been purchased, received and fully reported on. Now we must finish the remaining equipment.
🎯 Goal: $9,700 USD
✅ Raised: $5,456.36
🆘 Still needed: $4,243.64
Supporting them here is not symbolic. It strengthens one of Ukraine’s most important defensive lines. I should explain for those who haven’t followed their journey…Gimli is no longer a unit. Is an expanding division!! 👏👌⚔️🇺🇦

And yes, we have two raffles today! A huge thank-you to @BeadworkbySian for stepping up with such strong support. 🔥⚔️🇺🇦

🇺🇦 Gimli Division Collection | Day 16
#operationcatbutt
We’ve now raised $1,954.48 USD toward our $9,700 goal.
Why such a large collection? The commander is forming a new UAV unit, which means starting from the ground up with the equipment they need to operate.
They are working in the Kostiantynivka direction, where the situation remains extremely difficult.

The commander has already withdrawn $1,200 and ordered the Kropyva tablets. The PayPal balance shown in our updates is what has been raised on top of that $1,200.
Still needed:
🛰️ Starlink Gen 3 units
🔋 EcoFlow power stations
⚡ Generators
🎟️ We’re also on Day 2 of our special 72-hour raffle!
Donations during these 72 hours receive an additional chance to win the beautiful handmade Motanka doll, on top of entry into our regular raffle.
And we’re just $45.52 away from $2,000 raised.
Thank you to everyone helping us build this new unit piece by piece. 🇺🇦
