Every doctors just needs to stop taking Medicare immediately. Remember the Longshoremen, how long did it take before problem was solved? Many politicians have claimed Medicare must be paying doctors well or they wouldn’t keep taking it. Of course the employed doctors are forced to accept it. All been a 40-50y plan and has been well executed to destroy private practice and enrich the hospitals forcing docs to employment.

Why did physicians comply with Macra/MIPS? @MedicareGov told doctors that if you complied, you would avoid a fee cut of 1% to 9%. Well, doctors complied and the fee schedule was still cut. I opted out in 2016. MCare pts are welcome, the MCare bully is not!

@EricWisotzkyMD I opted out of MCare 5yrs ago. One of the perks of #OptOutMagic was to be rid of the mandated nonsensical documentation requirements. I have continued to include a pertinent review of systems because that is a prerequisite for a good history. History is 90% of the diagnosis.
As we approach a new year, this deserves a retweeting. There have been so many assaults inflicted upon our beloved profession which requires physicians to finally fight back. #ProudlyBoycottingMOC
