This is about #OrbitPlus app, exclusively. Nothing to do with liquidity rails promised for Q4 2025. Nevertheless, some of the points on the Q1 agenda are important. Off-ramping to local fiat sounds like crypto-to-fiat payments - something we know is coming in Thailand and other places (BRICS). If they will be offering it in OrbitPlus that means those programs will also be launched. Some of the other items I can already do in SafePal App, like bank debit card, swapping to fiat or other cryptos, as well as some other things. SafePal and VELO have a partnership anyways to use the same rails. The big deal ATM really is #USDV (the liquidity layer) launch - which is not covered by this roadmap. OrbitPlus is just more access at the front-end.

Get ready for an announcement like this: "We (@veloprotocol) are launching a new stablecoin in SEA, namely #USDV. People can exchange #USDT for #USDV in their #orbitplus wallet to pay at such and such participant merchant networks and redeem their free omnipoints they can claim directly in the app" Details: They have resumed pumping / distributing Omnipoints OM tokens to empty wallets. As many wallets i looked at they are all the same. Sitting on some OM balance and have only one incoming OM transaction. What i am thinking is they simulated a distribution to a large pool of users who would be using Omnipoints. Or maybe they are distributing, or have distributed OM to wallets that will be part of some kind of launching campaign. Say velo may be rolling out something soon in partnership with binance or some kind of merchant (just guessing) and users will be able to link those Omnipoints wallets into some kind of an app as a promotional offer. $velo #velo
