Okay, people, I read a book abt this. The real issue is, that there #used2be nets on the bridge - to protect the #workers!!! However, those #originalNETS were removed - for "the better view", "unobstructed photoshoots" etc. As a result, San Francisco became sort of a "suicide capital" of the world - "If you want to go, go in style!" The most suicides in one month were in Aug 2013, when 10 jumped. The total count for 2013 was 46, with an additional 118 attempts prevented.
