⚒️ @GoldenCrossAUX $AUX.V $ZCRMF recently completed 4,000 metres of diamond #drilling across 15 holes at the Reedy Creek Gold Project, with #gold intersected in every drillhole to date, supporting the interpretation of a large, continuous #orogenic gold system.
➡️ Following the securing of exclusive land access, Golden Cross has commenced the first-ever modern drilling at the high-priority Aurora Prospect, a historically significant target located on the fold hinge of the Reedy Creek Anticline that has never previously been drill tested.

“Every hole drilled to date has intersected #gold with well-developed arsenic halos, confirming that we are operating in the upper levels of a larger #orogenic gold system. The grades we're seeing near-surface, coupled with our structural data, are now pointing us toward where the system gets stronger at depth, and the never before drill-tested Aurora prospect is emerging as the most compelling location to test for thicker, higher-grade veins. We view this systematic, technical progress as a positive step in the right direction toward making a discovery.”
$AUX.V $ZCRMF @GoldenCrossAUX CEO Matthew Roma in an update on drilling at the Reedy Creek #Gold Project:

“Every hole drilled to date has intersected #gold with well-developed arsenic halos, confirming that we are operating in the upper levels of a larger #orogenic gold system,” - @GoldenCrossAUX CEO Matt Roma on the Company's recently reported results at Reedy Creek.
🔍 What this means:👇
➡️ In large, orogenic gold systems, early #drilling often encounters lower-grade mineralization with arsenic halos near surface, with grades and vein thickness improving at depth. The geological setting and emerging structural data at Reedy Creek are showing clear parallels to other large orogenic gold systems in the area, such as Fosterville and Costerfield, where early results helped vector drilling toward much stronger mineralization at depth.
📍 Why Aurora stands out
New structural data is pointing to the Aurora prospect, now emerging as the most compelling target to test for thicker, higher-grade veins at depth ("testing the ladder"). Importantly, Aurora has never been drill tested, despite being a historically significant target.
➡️ Maiden drilling is now underway at Aurora, marking the first true test for thicker, higher-grade gold at depth.

👉 In case you missed it, here is $AUX.V $ZCRMF @GoldenCrossAUX CEO Matthew Roma discussing initial assay results from the Reedy Creek #Gold Project & Phase 2 #drilling. Initial results include:
📍0.5m @ 24.4g/t #Au
📍23m @ 3.01g/t Au
➡️ Results also confirmed #orogenic gold mineralization, consistent with Victoria’s world-class gold systems such as Fosterville, Costerfield & the Sunday Creek deposit. Following the results Golden Cross expanded Phase 2 drilling to 10,000m with additional new target zones identified.

🔍 @GoldenCrossAUX’s initial #drilling at the Reedy Creek Gold Project confirmed an #orogenic #gold system - the same as the nearby Fosterville & Costerfield gold mines and the Sunday Creek gold deposit. It also confirmed high-grade gold mineralization, with intercepts up to:
📍0.5 @ 24.4g/t #Au
📍23m @ 3.01g/t Au
Following the results the Phase 2 campaign was expanded to 10,000m with 2 rigs active and additional new target zones identified. 👉 See our latest corporate presentation for more: 🔗 https://t.co/OVFA9lkjwK

Here's a map showing the orogenic gold districts of British Columbia, Canada. Orogenic gold deposits in BC and SE Alaska form a younger coastal (70-60 Ma) and an older inland (140-120 Ma) belt.

Interesting setup @CanterraC. $CTM.V's Wilding Lake project's located next to Marathon Gold's 4M oz project ($150/oz ~$600M). Shy of 5M oz key imo. No follow up to 2017's 10g/[email protected] DH. Signs of bulk tonnage & high grades
