💡Efectos agudos del #estiramiento #pasivo (asistido por otra persona o tú mismo por gravedad, postura , banda etc..) sobre la expresión microvascular de #pO2 y HIF-1α en el músculo esquelético : influencia de la intensidad y duración del estiramiento
1️⃣ Efecto inmediato (agudo)
Durante el estiramiento pasivo, la microvasculatura del músculo tiene menos oxígeno → #hipoxia local.
Esto es temporal y se considera “empeoramiento” de la #hipoxia mientras dura el estiramiento.
2️⃣ Efecto a largo plazo (crónico / repetido)
Aunque HIF‑1α no sube inmediatamente, estudios complementarios y fisiología sugieren que:
El estrés repetido (estiramientos diarios o regulares) puede mejorar la perfusión y el flujo sanguíneo muscular.
Esto se debe a que los vasos sanguíneos se adaptan a hipoxia recurrente aunque la vía HIF‑1α clásica no se active inmediatamente.
En otras palabras, a largo plazo puede mejorar la oxigenación del músculo y la tolerancia a hipoxia, incluso si al principio la hipoxia aumenta.
