1/ Is it wise to be tweeting after a panic attack at 3:30 am?? No, but I’mnot open about them. I’m a bit embarrassed by them, and people have been cruel. I struggle with imposter syndrome, and was taught to hide any ugliness. Never make a scene. #PanicAttackDisorder #neisvoid
