So now the 1-800 info line for @PassportCan doesn’t even work anymore. No more recorded messaging like yesterday & forget about even having the option of waiting on the line for hrs to speak to rep. No way to get status of application & traveling next wk #PassportHell #cdnpoli

Public service announcement: go for fast track passport renewal service when renewing your child’s passport. They are taking longer than the stated 6 weeks turnaround time. Calling HM Passport Office also means getting cut off. #fml #passporthell
