Well the planning and power trails worked out!! I got find number 9,000 at the Block Party Event in Yuma, AZ today. It was a great event. Lots of Lackies, reviewers, and most importantly friends! #pathfinder33 #geocaching #geocache #groundspeak #blockparty2025 #megaevent
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady I love winter caching. All the camo on the trees falls away. Also caching and skiing is the best mashup of 2 outdoor activities. #pathfinder33
@USGeocaching I have done a few of these, and a 101 on cache container size that ruffled feathers. My advice is keep it simple. Explain the game, show them how to set up an account and explain how GPS positions work on a globe. #pathfinder33
@USGeocaching I think I have 6. I have one in the cue to go. I am waiting to see if a local cacher would like to hide a bonus cache in the area for the AL since it will be in Washington state. #pathfinder33
@USGeocaching I found one in Seattle earlier this year. I think that’s the only one I have found this year. But my webcam count is up at 46 so far so getting harder to find them without extensive travel. #pathfinder33
Oldest geocache in Oklahoma was found while we were there!! #pathfinder33 #geocaching #geocache #getoutside #gogeocaching
Sneaky little cache we came across in Oklahoma. Coords put you between this and a tree. So no wonder it had the DNFs that it does. It’s a good hide. #pathfinder33 #geocaching #geocache #getoutside #gogeocaching
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A8: Not for me. Just lets me know how prepared I need to be. Rain jacket, cooler with cold drinks, thermos with coffee. But I still go regardless of the weather. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A7: Maybe 30 or 40 in a trail. But we have done several geoart that were over 100 caches. #pathfinder33 #isgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A6: Thrift stores. You’d be surprised the crazy stuff you find that give you an idea while cruising the thrift/second hand stores. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A3. Ehhh I don’t any more. If I go caching it’s because I went caching. Having grown kids now I don’t have to try to convince them to go, or sneak away from their event to do it. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A2: we have a Lackey coming to the area again. He is hosting 4 events this week. So will be a good time talking to him about all things HQ related. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady A1: Pathfinder33 here from SW Utah. I went and found 3 oldies all from October of 2000 this past week. GC9B, GC8A, and GC80. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @KennyMasonMady I don’t think I have seen a turtle in a bit. But snakes, tons of snakes in the desert here. #pathfinder33
@USGeocaching A1: Pathfinder33 here from St George, UT. We hiked to “The Wave” this weekend. It was a great experience. And just Pie for me, peach pie! #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching First geocache was 04/03/2010 at the virtual cache for Cadillac Ranch. 14 years is a good run so far. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching @SuperNateTN @Braves @Rangers @TruistPark Pathfinder33 here tonight from St George Ut. We spent the weekend celebrating my wife’s birthday and visiting Bryce Canyon NP. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
@USGeocaching I’d rather be cold than wet. Nothing worse than soggy feet. Besides hard to go skiing or snow shoeing in the rain. #pathfinder33 #usgeocachinghour
