After watching #RTEInvestigates I think there needs to be an investigation into how the guards & DPP dealt with the allegations of fraud against #PatrickRussell It simply doesn’t make sense that for 20 years he was able to defraud people & the DPP found no case against him.
In relation to Patrick Russell, #RTEInvestigates asked why did the DPP not prosecute after the 7 year Garda investigation?
The DPP said it does not comment on individual cases.
