Loose big stack to right keeps opening. He opens in cutoff, I put it in with KcJc from button, blinds fold. Unfortunately this time he has AcKs. A on flop, one club, drawing super thin. 9h on turn and I am out 49th, 9 spots from money. #pfa58
I kept saying 48 pay, it's 40. I knew that but forgot. So we aren't that close to money. I have 87k at break. Will return to button position at 6k/12k limits. #pfa58
My old friend AA is back, flips top set, get called by big stack who originally opened pre, but he folds river. Diamonds hit which was a bit scary. 75k, 54 left #pfa58
88 vs 99 who had a shortstack, all in pre. Down to 80 after epic comeback to 118. #pfa58
All in pre 99 against same guy with AK. Flop A56. Bye.
Turn looks like a 9, but it's a 10. Damn. Whole table thought it was 9 at first.
River is actual 9! Doubled. #pfa58
All in pre KQ vs A5. Perfect AJT rainbow flop, but A turn makes it scary. 2 river, I double to 41. #pfa58
Lost two blinds hands, including one where I attempted to bluff A river where I thought he was weak, and he raised me. Oops. Down to 115k. 66 left, 48 paid, avg 160k, playing 5k/10k. Every hand is huge. #pfa58
I made Pokernews for the quads hand earlier. I am very card dead right now. I have 135k. #pfa58
Raised QcJh in SB, BB called. Flop 984 two clubs. I bet, he raised, I called. Turn Jc, I check-raised, he called. River Qd. Hmm... I bet, he called, I win. Up to 151k #pfa58
3-bet A7o against button raise of same guy. Bet whole way into 9859 board, then 6 made miracle straight... except he raised me. He had Jc7c with club draw on turn. We chop, not sure which one of us can complain here. I have 139k #pfa58
Flatted Jd9d against loose raiser in position, BB came in. Flop T73 two clubs, checked to met, I bet, 2 calls. Turn 5s. Checked around. River 8d. Original raiser bet with likely some shit, I fake thought, then raised. He has a ton of chips, and called. Up to 149 #pfa58
3-bet TT out of BB vs button raise. Flop T85 two diamonds. I bet. He raises, I 3-bet, he calls. Turn off suit 7. Bet/call. River T (!!), he calls, and quads gets it done. Up to 136k. Active first 75 minutes here for me. #pfa58
Went into 2004 Dan Druff aggro mode and won a few pots to get myself from below 60 to 107. Playing 3k/6k. #pfa58
99 UTG, raise, same aggro guy to left from AA hand 3-bets me. I call. Check-raised T83 two Diamond flop, I had no Diamond. Turn Ks, check/check. River 2d. I value bet, he calls, I win. Up to 107k #pfa58
AA in SB against big stack BB who already beat me twice, he 3-bet, I called. Flop 832 two hearts. I check-raise, he calls. Turn 7d. I bet, he calls. River Js. I bet, he raises. Did he hit T9 straight? Or just a Jack? I call, he has KJ. Up to 122k. #pfa58
First hand, I get the BB (of course), I see 66, and defend UTG raise. Flop A55 two hearts. I check/call. Turn 6! I check/raise. 5 river, I bet, he calls. He flashes A. Up to 99k. #pfa58
Heavily bruised but not destroyed from the final hour yesterday. Not superstitious but I was happy to have the day end and start "fresh" at a new table & new day. I have 75k, avg is 91, 115 left. #pfa58
Anyway maybe this is just a bump in the road to something good. Or maybe not. We will have to see. See you tomorrow at 1. #pfa58
Had I not made that one mistake, the cards would've run out differently the rest of the time. Butterfly effect and all. Only bright spot is that the day is ending and I have 12 hours to cool down. Not close to money so I'll have to turn it around to cash. #pfa58
Played very well today but stupidly bet turn when I should have checked, cost myself 8k. Then lost another three, including JJ versus KK, and top pair running into a flush. Down to 107k. #pfa58
