$TFG.AS $TFG.L #TFG After #RippleLabs’ new $250 tender offer, private mkt Ripple price has since rallied nrly 25% to $150/share… …and I’m confident $175/share is next, as it can take a mth/two for price to adjust to latest tender offer. Implications for #Tetragon NAV below:

"Shares in Petershill Partners PLC (LSE:PHLL), the investment company run by Goldman Sachs, jumped 33% to 308p as it shared plans to delist from the London Stock Exchange and return $932 million to shareholders. Aside from the Goldman-managed private funds that own 79.49% of the shares, ordinary shareholders will receive US$4.15 per share in cash (309p) and a US$0.052 dividend, making for a total payout per share of US$4.202, which is a 35% premium to the closing price." https://t.co/hLe1z80J7b

#PHLL announce it is winding up and returning money to shareholders. Never got going but at a £2.5bn market cap was IIRC the biggest investment company launch of the last decade. Another blow to the UK market. Nobody wants to list or stay on a market with low valuations.
