Beautiful walk around Newhailes estate for our monthly walking group. With lovely autumn colours and the sound of crunching leaves beneath our feet. 🍂🌿 Posted by Jen 🌞 #walking #getoutside #dofephysicalsection #dofe #physicalsection @DofE @DofEScotland #walkinggroup

First session of our monthly walking group🍂 We had a wonderful, gentle walk through the middle of Arthur’s seat with lovely chats & beautiful views of Edinburgh. #walking #getoutside #dofephysicalsection #dofe #physicalsection @DofE @DofEScotland #arthursseat #Edinburgh

A mixture of weather this session. However, that didn’t dampen their spirits. The group worked on draw, j and pry stroke when journeying into Edinburgh City Centre. Great progression throughout. #IamDofE #DofEwithadifference #physicalsection #SilverDofEAward

Running can be an awesome #physicalsection for your DofE award. There are free apps to help with your evidence too. But remember it doesn’t have to be about how fast or how far you go. It can be about how proud tou are of getting out there and doing something challenging.
