MPs need to STOP trying to force deeply flawed private members bills through @UKParliament issues of life and death such as #Assistedsuicide or #Whistleblowing should not be #PMBs. Vested interest cash should not be trying to railroad through bad bills on matters of such vital importance to the public. Evidence should dictate proposed law, not lobbyists budgets and vested interests.
I truly hope Lauren Edwards sees this and looks at the evidence given to the House of Lords by domestic abuse charities and the ECHR: the Leadbeater Bill is not safe. Arguing MPs should pass it unamended to force it into law, is saying turn a blind eye to who will be harmed.

Whilst that is good news, Let us hope not too many MPs sit on the fence when the lives of so many vulnerable people are at risk from this bill. Once this bill is defeated safeguards need to be put in place to ensure that in future #PMBs are not the route used for issues of monumental importance such as life and death.
