Ultrasound great for detecting AAA but sensitivity is lower for direct findings of rupture. Textbook crack in parietal lumen seen here-very infrequent finding. Retroperitoneal fluid detection with ultrasound-sensitivity not as high as peritoneal fluid but should know findings.
