As shift workers our training needs to be focused and relevant. I strongly recommend incorporating S&C into your routine.

The bleep test was never intended to be and never has been a test of occupational fitness or ability to do the job. It was only ever intended to replicate the VO2 max required to complete OST.

@west_response @skydivedave1 @hudson77449685 The bare minimum to be allowed to compete OST really should not be considered a fitness test for policing. Shameful that most testing has been abandoned or reduced, yet the demands remain the same in role.
