@nikhil992k @sylwestrowicz Recently I saw a patient from Bangladesh. Was on multiple meds. Wanted to taper and give only Clozapine. Connected with @SMYArafat whom I met on Twitter. Posting our conversation so that you know that many of psychiatrists don't appreciate #polypharnacy.
