In other non car related news, 9 days into trying to ditch my dad bod. l've managed to lose 8lbs and an inch off my waist so far. Salad for lunch, lots of water, no fizzy drinks, walking 2 miles a day to work. Its small steps, but its a start.. #projectdadbod

Well, Monday night seems a good as time as ever to start a Diet ( l know the terrible 'D' word). Having just turned the big 40, l think its time to lose the Dad bod. I'm coming in at 12st.8lb, waist 41" & Height 5ft 6". Which Puts my BMI at 29. #projectdadbod bring it on!
