#ProperFoundation,#GodsBuildingMaterials,#GodsFurniture,#ProverbsChallenge Good evening, I love you. -Proverbs 24:3-4 HNV — Through wisdom a house is built; By understanding it is established; By knowledge the rooms are filled With all rare and beautiful treasure.- 1st Peter 2:5 describes believers as a spiritual house: — you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.- The materials in this house are wisdom and understanding. The foundation is the first phase of house construction. The beginning of wisdom is the fear of the LORD (Proverbs 1:7). This what my spiritual house must have as the foundation. Skimping here is a disaster. Improperly done, it throws everything after off. Next comes drying in and finishes. The material of choice has to be understanding. The knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. (Proverbs 9:10). Knowledge of God comes from digesting His word and spending time with Him in prayer. And that's understanding. Lastly, I've got to furnish my house. That doesn't come from IKEA. It comes from Knowledge. Where does knowledge come from? Proverbs 2:6 NKJV — For the LORD gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding; Well, if you'll excuse me, I've got a house to build and finsh.
