The 1996 Constitution is fine. It is the behaviour of some people that causes problems. The real issue is overly broad judicial interpretation that aid and abet illegal foreigner abuse of socio-economic rights, violating the Immigration Act. Enforce existing laws. #PSAF🕊️🇿🇦

1. A Constitution that prioritises them where public resources are limited.
2. A greater economic opportunities, particularly for those participating in the informal economy.
