Expected orders :- BLW & , Retendering of Pending Loco total approx 10000 loco . Expect 1000 to 2000 cr order from that segment …

Between these two companies , I expect atleast one to be 3x to 4x in span of 12 months !
While confident on both, kept my portfolio equally distributed…
While kernex has a clear visibility but Quadrant will not be behind. Action has happened for CLW tender and expecting good outcome for Quadrant in ICF and BLW tenders also … for a 1200 Mcap, current valuations are good !

I will not review the performance in short term .
My thesis is that, This company , led by Very able Promoter , will scale big in 3-5 year time frame … First in Kavach and than in associated systems …
Also from ongoing Kavach orders, they should get another 1000 cr in 3-4 months making overall unexecuted order book in excess of 1750 cr ( could touch 2000 cr also by Start of next financial year & by that time, This company will be in full flow to give good revenue quarter by quarter !
This is not a Value buying but built on growth optionality so donot follow ! Will need good holding capacity specially once u will view Sep qtr result !
At 1200 cr Mcap , entry is giving me comfort !

What are possible triggers here :-
My take is :-
- some news around 4.0 approval.
- Expected orders from open tenders !
Mcap is 1253 cr !
Considering total Kavach mkt is approx 50000 cr and currently approx 4000 cr of orders are awarded ( after cancellation of earlier 7000 loco order) between 4 major players ( Medha, HBL, Kernex & Quadrant)
So balance 45000 cr orders will give 3000 to 5000 cr opportunities easily to Quadrant . If they get 4.0 approval & get eligible for 80% category, that will be additional kicker for this small cap !
This is basis of my investment … Let’s wait & watch !
