Not dissimilar from the situation of making use of #tensornetworks to classically simulate noisy quantum #randomcircuits, this work compared the performance of the quantum simulation with time-dependent tensor network techniques.

Our technical contribution is to construct families of #randomcircuits that are highly sensitive to noise, in the sense that even at loglog(n) depth, a whisker beyond #constant, #quantumnoise is seen to super-exponentially rapidly scramble outputs into the maximally-mixed state.
