@mey621 @davidminpdx @jerryiannelli @wordpressdotcom It's beyond irresponsible for @TheJusticeDept not to require strict accounting of grants for #RapeKitBacklogs. Every law enforcement officer, prosecutor or DA that deliberately delays/denies justice for rape victims is potentially aiding/abetting others just like #AnthonySowell.
