Hey @RBC we’ve been on hold with your fraud call centre for 6 hrs now. How about you do something about the “unusually high call volumes” by hiring a few more reps or enable a customer to get a call back from a specialist instead of wasting our entire evening #rbcfail

My daughter tried THREE times to open a new account with @RBC; with decreasing levels of customer service, each time. We are now being seen by an account manager @scotiabank, who saw her (and helped her), immediately. #RBCfail #ScotiabankForTheWin

@RBC digital services down AGAIN. Urgent transactions, told to call number..... #rbcfail #fail actually spoke to someone finally, told me there is nothing I can do or talk to further. Sucks for me in other words. Bye RBC after 35 years!!!
