6-8 week shutdown of the $2.1B #OttawaLRT due to an improperly torqued bolt. And we’re paying $5M/mo to a shell corp. to torque bolts & such.

I think pettiness on the mayor’s side of things is certainly one part of it. He already tried hijacking the work by @cmckenney. I think he wants to ensure credit. And why wouldn’t he after the debacle of #readyforrail.
